1, Makko

真っ向斬り(兜斬り)
How to do it
Keep your feet apart and hold the sword over the head. Cut down from the top with bending knees.
Effect
Upper arm and lower body such as thighs

2, Kesa

How to do it
Keep your feet apart and hold the sword over the head.
Bend one knee and slash down with twisting the waist.
Effect
Make your waist slimmer

3, Gyaku-Kesa
